Justin Kier announced on Tuesday that George Mason is no longer in the running for his landing spot.
George Mason graduate transfer Justin Kier is down to seven finalists, he told @Stockrisers: Michigan, NC State, Georgia, Arkansas, Minnesota, Georgetown and Iowa State.

I’m not saying that we were ever in the running, but based on this past season’s results, I never thought Kier would return.
Prior to his senior season in 2019-20, Kier sustained a foot fracture in September and missed the first section of the season. Later in the season, Kier returned to the court and played in only nine games in 2019-20, before re-injuring the foot and missing the remainder of the season to recover from surgery. Kier averaged 9.6 points and shot 46 percent in his nine games as a senior.
I think this will be the last transfer for this season, so stay tuned for those freshmen coming in the fall.
