George Mason Defeats Old Dominion 60-53 in the Cayman Islands Classic
The Patriots out-scored ODU 33-24 in the second half, and overcame a 41-36 deficit with 10:57 left in regulation to advance semifinals of the Cayman Islands Classic.
Javon Greene led Mason with 19 points on 5/10 shooting while AJ Wilson had 18 points 9 rebounds. Jordan Miller also had a nice bounce-back game with 7 points and 9 rebounds.
