Along with the Patriot Center name change to EagleBank Arena, effective July 1st, 2015, the nearly 30 year old arena will be renovated.
According to Monumental Sports, the company that manages both the Patriot Center and the Verizon Center, there won’t be any changes to school colors inside the arena during renovations — it’ll still be Green and Gold not Navy and a darker shade of gold like the EagleBank logo. Not much besides color theme is known about the renovations but, an update to the season ticket page on GoMason.com hinted at a “Wall of Names”
@GMUGiantKiller Yes. School colors will remain inside the arena

The Wall of Names will feature names of Mason fans who have shown long term support for George Mason Basketball. Other Mason buildings have similar wall of names, like in the Nguyen Engineering Building (Volgenau School of Engineering) on campus that features names from companies like Google and individuals who have donated to the school.
